Code Ninjas of Diamond Bar and Hacienda Heights is seeking an Assistant Center Director to lead daily operations, drive sales, and guide a team of tutors. You will work with families to tailor learning plans, manage tours, and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

You will supervise coaches, report progress to the executive team, and uphold company standards while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced center setting.

Qualifications

• Proven work history with children ages 7 and up.
• Knowledge of business operations, sales and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the center.
• Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals.
• Work with parents to define children’s learning needs.
• Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of students.
• Engage with children and families in the center.
• Ensure parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
• Engage and oversee coaches/tutors to meet team needs.
• Uphold corporate standards for center cleanliness and operations.
• Report weekly to the executive team on progress.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operations of the center

• Ensure that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing

• Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards
• Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics
• Report weekly to the executive team on progress
