Job summary

Creation Kingdom Early Learning Centers in Louisville, KY is seeking an Assistant Center Director to join our team. The role requires 18+, a high school diploma, and at least 3 years of experience in a childcare center, with a CDA preferred.

The candidate must be able to work full-time with shift flexibility from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will mentor teachers, support all classrooms with a positive and professional demeanor, and contribute to a nurturing

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Childcare Center; CDA preferred.
• Must be able to work full-time with shift flexibility within operating hours 7 AM–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Creation Kingdom is currently seeking a qualified Assistant Center Director to join our team! To be eligible for this position, candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Childcare Center is required, with a CDA preferred. Candidates must be able to work full‑time and demonstrate shift flexibility within our operating hours of 7 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Pay Range

$18.25 - $20.75 USD

What We Need from You:

Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
• A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
