Job summary

Kid's Country in Auburn, WA is seeking a Center Director to lead our Early Learning Academy with energy, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality early education. You will oversee daily operations, mentor teachers, and ensure safety and program excellence.

Kid's Country is currently seeking a qualified Center Director.

Qualifications include:

• CD certification
• ECE state certification or it's equivalent approved by MERIT
• At least 2 yrs of experience teaching in an early learning program
• At least 6 months of experience in management or admin in an early learning center
• Health and safety training

Pay Range

$80,169 - $85,000 USD

What We Need from You:

Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
• A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
