Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in healthcare operational leadership.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in regulated healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel between organizational sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day operations of the Center to ensure extraordinary care, collaborative teamwork and efficient use of resources.
• Develops and executes strategic and operational plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Establishes performance expectations and monitors operational, clinical, financial, and quality metrics.
• Creates and implements systems that improve service delivery, workflow efficiency and center performance.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure seamless coordination of participant care and support services.
