Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Must reside in Arizona.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the center.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in clinic operations or center development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all clinical services, ensuring high-quality ABA treatment, accurate assessments, and data-driven programming for each client
• Managing daily operations, including scheduling, caseload distribution, workflow structure, and center efficiency
• Supervising and mentoring BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff while maintaining a supportive and collaborative team environment
• Conducting staff performance evaluations, providing coaching, and ensuring ongoing clinical competency through training
• Leading center start-up activities such as staffing, program setup, and operational readiness
• Supporting client onboarding, treatment planning, and supervision of service delivery
• Partnering with leadership to monitor growth metrics, support client retention, and contribute to long-term program development
