Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Center Director to launch and manage a new clinic in Flagstaff, AZ. You will blend clinical leadership with operations to ensure high-quality ABA services and efficient center performance.

The role requires a current BCBA, residency in Arizona, and the ability to commute to the center. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, shape programming, staffing, and growth initiatives.

Relocation assistance within Arizona is offered based on experience and center needs.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification required.
• Arizona residence required.
• Ability to reliably commute to the center.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in clinic operations or center development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the launch and daily operations of the new center.
• Ensure high-quality ABA services, data-driven programming, and client outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Conduct staff evaluations, provide coaching, and support ongoing clinical competency.
• Lead center startup activities including staffing, program setup, and readiness.
• Support client onboarding, treatment planning, and supervision of service delivery.
• Partner with leadership to monitor growth metrics, client retention, and program development.
