The Treetop ABA is seeking a Center Director in Greensboro, NC to lead a clinic, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services. This on-site role emphasizes clinical leadership and operational excellence within a mission-driven environment.

You will oversee daily operations, partner with clinical leadership, and drive growth through community engagement while maintaining top-tier standards and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and LBA required.
• 3–5 years of leadership or BCBA experience.

Treetop ABA has a leadership opening in North Carolina - we're looking for an amazing Center Director to take the reins and help build something amazing! As Center Director, you'll oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure top-notch clinical care.

• Location: Greensboro, NC (on-site, in-clinic)
• Salary: $95,000-$105,000 base
• Sign-on bonus plus performance bonuses available
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday
