Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Center Director to lead and grow the in-clinic program. You will supervise staff, partner with clinical leadership, and drive high-quality ABA services while shaping a positive clinic culture.

This on-site role offers a base salary of $95,000–$105,000, sign-on and performance bonuses, generous PTO, 401(k) with company match, student loan assistance, CEU stipend, relocation help, and clear leadership advancement opportunities.

• Active BCBA certification and LBA required.
• 3–5 years of leadership or BCBA experience.

As Center Director, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure top-notch clinical care.

• Location: Wilmington, NC (on-site, in-clinic)
• Salary: $95,000-$105,000 base

• Sign-on bonus plus performance bonuses available
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday
