Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a Center Director to lead operations and patient care at our treatment facility. You will oversee daily clinic workflows, collaborate with medical and behavioral health teams, and partner with leadership to ensure exceptional service and compliance.

The role emphasizes team leadership, staff development, and community partnerships, with a focus on harm reduction and a multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in healthcare or human services.
• Experience in drug and alcohol treatment preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations.
• Executes on BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic.
• Plans, leads, and delivers regular team meetings.
• Ensures a consistent, high-quality patient experience in the clinic.
• Identifies and facilitates resolution of issues and conflicts within the center.
• Follows and enforces federal, state, and local healthcare requirements.
• Fulfills Program Administrator Role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed.
• Oversees staff onboarding and training.
• Develops community partnerships with Outreach teams.
• Collaborates with the Quality department partner.
