Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least one year of leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
  • Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
  • Budget and financial accountability experience preferred
  • Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing standards preferred
  • Ability to meet state-specific guidelines for the role
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
  • Ability to assume low postures for physical engagement with children, and to see, hear, and engage effectively to ensure safety
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to communicate with children and parents
  • This role requires on-site work at the center daily
