Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Director to lead a childcare center in San Diego. The role focuses on guiding staff, implementing the prescribed curriculum, and ensuring licensing and community engagement. We reward leadership with competitive compensation and benefits.

You will oversee scheduling, performance reviews, and development plans while fostering a safe, educational environment and promoting teamwork among teachers and support staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $70,000-$80,000/salary based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
