Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is a leading North American for-profit childcare provider dedicated to early childhood education.

We offer programs for children from 6 weeks to 12 years, delivered through a family of brands and supported by an in-house Education team. As Center Director, you will lead operations, promote child development, engage families, and ensure quality programming in a compliant, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

The Director promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children and works with the staff to create a warm, inspiring environment, while keeping parents informed and engaged.

As a Director, you will:
