Job summary

La Petite Academy in Stephenville, TX is seeking a Center Director who will lead staff, ensure high-quality child care, and manage daily operations with warmth and professionalism.

You'll supervise schedules, coach teachers, and maintain compliance with state standards while building strong partnerships with families. The role offers growth through training, tuition assistance, credential support, and our Master Teacher Program, plus a supportive, positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader! Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans, including coaching and communicating standards with teachers.
• Be an expert! Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting partnerships within the community.
