Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related center management experience.
• Knowledge of Keystone STARS and Creative Curriculum & PATHS preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage day to day operations of a high-quality center.

Your Special Skills & Qualities

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or Elementary Education
• PA Director’s Credential, required
• At least 2 years related center management experience of mid-size Early Childhood programs
• Experience successfully partnering with multiple agencies, preferred
• Outstanding relationship builder within community
• Demonstrated ability to manage the successful day to day operations of a high-quality center
• Knowledge and understanding of Keystone STARS
• Knowledge and experience with Creative Curriculum & PATHS, preferred
