Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years related center management experience.
- Knowledge of Keystone STARS and Creative Curriculum & PATHS preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage day to day operations of a high-quality center.

Your Special Skills & Qualities- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or Elementary Education
- PA Director’s Credential, required
- At least 2 years related center management experience of mid-size Early Childhood programs
- Experience successfully partnering with multiple agencies, preferred
- Outstanding relationship builder within community
- Demonstrated ability to manage the successful day to day operations of a high-quality center
- Knowledge and understanding of Keystone STARS
- Knowledge and experience with Creative Curriculum & PATHS, preferred
