Job summary

Kids N Fitness in Forsyth is seeking a Co-Center Director to lead our licensed childcare site. This role demands an energetic, self-motivated leader with a passion for early childhood education and a proven track record in management.

In addition to supervising daily operations, you will develop marketing plans to increase enrollment, nurture family partnerships, and coach staff through ongoing professional development. The role requires flexibility and the ability to meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree or higher in early childhood education.
• Must hold IL Director Qualification.
• Prior management/leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and be willing to cover classrooms as needed.
• Develop and execute monthly engagement and marketing plans to increase enrollment.
• Build strong relationships with families and serve as a resource for questions and concerns.
• Develop and coach staff through ongoing observations and professional development.
• Maintain flexibility to cover duties of absent staff.
• Meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 40 lbs.

Kids N Fitness in Forsyth is a licensed childcare center seeking a Co- Center Director! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic leader who is passionate about early childhood education.

To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require an associate degree or higher in early childhood education, IL Director qualification, and previous management/leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.

Required Shift: Full-time, Mon-Fri, rotating opening/closing the center. Operating hours, 7am-6pm

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000/year, based on education and experience.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day center operations. Willingness to cover classrooms, drive the school age van and have an all hands on deck attitude.
• Develop and execute monthly engagement and marketing plan to increase enrollment; attend community marketing events, plan enrollment and retention activities for families and staff.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and currently enrolled families; create positive partnerships with families by serving as a resource and responding to questions and concerns.
• Develop and teach staff by conducting ongoing observations, staff training, coaching, and embedded professional development opportunities.
• Ability to be flexible in your role and complete job duties of absent staff members.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
