Job summary

Grow Early Learning Corp is seeking a Center Bus Caregiver in Faison, NC. You will help ensure the safety and well‑being of children during their daily bus commute to and from our center. The role requires strong communication with families, teachers, and center staff.

Ideal candidates are committed to safety, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and capable of following established bus protocols. GED within six months is required or preferred, with first aid/CPR beneficial.

As a Center/Bus Caregiver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children during their daily commute to and from our center in Faison, NC.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Enrollment in a General Education Development (GED) within in six months of being hired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, and documented years of experience in childcare
• Experience working with children or in a caregiving role
• First Aid and CPR certification
• English/Spanish or Creole preferred
