Job summary

Partners in Excellence in Winona, MN is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a center-based autism treatment setting. This is a full-time or part-time role with an hourly wage between $36.40 and $50.23, offering meaningful opportunities to work with children and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota or Wisconsin state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Active ASHA membership or CCC-SLP credential.
• Experience working with children, preferably in autism or center-based settings.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, evaluations and direct therapy to clients in a 1:1 model.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior therapists, and families to develop treatment plans.
• Document assessments, progress notes and treatment plans.
• Administer standardized tests and write reports.
• Maintain client records and ensure regulatory compliance.

Education

Masters Degree in Speech Pathology

State licensure to practice as SLP (MN or WI)

ASHA membership / CCC-SLP credential
