Job summary

Propel Autism in Lilburn, GA, is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide engaging one-on-one therapy to children with Autism. You will work closely with BCBA’s to support skill acquisition and social interaction.

The role offers various wellness and development supports, including 10 days paid time off, health insurance, and career development opportunities. A high school diploma and RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• An RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• Must pass Propel administered background check.
• Candidate must have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy for skill acquisition.
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes.
• Scaffold client’s social interactions and participation.
