Rethink Behavior Solutions LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities in-center. You will implement ABA-based plans and help clients progress through structured sessions while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality services, with consistent hours and a patient-centered approach that values teamwork, training, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RBT role requiring compassionate care for children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with autism and behavior therapy preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical documentation standards.

Responsabilités

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
• Collect and record data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and behavioral skills through teaching strategies.
• Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ethical standards related to patient care, behavior management, and confidentiality.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
