Job summary

Centriaautism is hiring exceptional Behavior Technicians to help children on the Autism Spectrum through ABA Therapy. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and be willing to obtain RBT certification if not already certified.

This role involves providing direct client care and following behavioral treatment plans effectively. The pay range is between $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, and employees will benefit from a structured career path and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and possibly a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and move quickly if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training as per the treatment plan.
