The position offers a starting pay of $17 per hour, a $6,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first year, and full-time daytime hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with every 4th weekend requirement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• At least 1 year experience providing care to someone with disability or similar.
• Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver’s license to visit clients.
• At least 1 year experience with the frail or elderly.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal care activities.
• Implement strategies to promote increased self-care.
• Support instrumental activities of daily living and independence.
