Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification; Must be listed on state nurse aide registry.
• At least 1 year experience with the frail or elderly.
• Must have dependable transportation with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants in mobility exercises to help them be more independent.
• Provide care across settings (center or home) to ensure participant satisfaction.
• Assist with walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, and activities of daily living.
