Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. You will join LEARN Behavioral, a large network delivering collaborative care across 18 states, with a focus on assent-based treatment and family partnership.

The position offers both part-time and full-time roles, with a compensation range of $85,000 to $92,500 per year, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive clinical leadership structure.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher required.
  • BCBA certification or eligibility within 3 months.
  • Minimum of two years experience with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
  • Certification/licensure as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
  • Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs).
  • Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
  • Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
  • Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
  • Treat the safety of clients as a top priority.
  • Consult with clients and provide ongoing program direction and maintenance.
  • Analyze data/behavior and make data-based decisions.
  • Guide ongoing implementation of teaching procedures.
  • Ensure program directives from senior clinical team are implemented accurately.

What You Have

Master’s degree or higher

BCBA certification or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within the next three months

Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities

Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment

Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and vocal)

What You’ll Be Doing
