Centria Autism in the United States is seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will train and mentor Behavior Technicians, help develop and modify treatment plans, and ensure data-driven decisions while engaging families.

What You’ll Do as a BCaBA:

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
