Flywheel Centers in Morristown, NJ seeks a BCBA to lead high-quality ABA care. You will collaborate with clients, families, supervisees, and the care team to drive meaningful clinical outcomes in a center-based setting.

All sessions occur at our Union Clinic with dedicated clinical supervision, policy adherence, and ongoing professional development opportunities to advance your leadership in the field.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Report to and take direction from the Regional Clinical Director.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize care delivery.
• Implement Flywheel's clinical policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and Flywheel's documentation standards.
• Conduct assessments and reassessments; develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and parent training.
• Enter billable hours in Central Reach within required time frame.
• Support BCBA fieldwork supervision and serve as RBT supervisor as needed.
