• Conduct FBAs and develop data-driven BIPs.
• Use Vineland-3 and other standardized tools.
• Provide center-based ABA services to children with autism and developmental needs.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor behavioral data to guide treatment decisions.
• Supervise, coach, and support Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity.
• Partner with caregivers through training and collaboration to promote skill generalization.
• Deliver crisis prevention and intervention when clinically necessary.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and community partners.
