Centria Autism in Salem, OR is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient and compassionate, able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist in reducing interfering behaviors and tracking progress.
• Be adaptable to children’s needs and participate in training provided.
