Job summary

Bounce Therapy in Vermont is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician for our Essex Junction and Colchester centers, delivering 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and helping children build communication and independence.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–4:45 PM, at $22–$24 per hour. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, RBT training, and tuition reimbursement to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Patience, willingness to learn, and interest in working with young children.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience working with children preferred, especially autism or developmental disabilities.
• RBT certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Teach through play using individualized activities.
• Record session data and write daily notes.
• Communicate with families, BCBAs, and office staff.
• Maintain dependable attendance and professionalism.
