Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You will work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans in a center-based setting.

The position requires a HS Diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. The role offers competitive pay ($20/hr), benefits, PTO, and opportunities for career growth in a supportive, experienced agency.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy one-on-one under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with children.
• Collaborate with BCBA clinicians to monitor progress.
