Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Michigan is seeking a motivated RBT to join our center-based ABA therapy team with children aged 18 months to school age. You will work one-on-one with kids and collaborate with clinicians to implement customized therapy plans, using play-based approaches to support learning and development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred but not required.
• Passion for working with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans.
• Use creativity and enthusiasm in a play-based and naturalistic therapy setting.
• Help children progress in educational and social settings and transition to traditional school.
• Track and document progress for each child as you implement programs.
• Be part of a supportive team dedicated to Lighthouse's core values.
