Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team in Florida. You will provide 1-1 treatment in partnership with BCBAs, delivering structured ABA interventions to children from birth to 21 in a supportive center setting.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children with ASD, able to work in a dynamic environment, and committed to reliable, compassionate service. Paid training, flexible hours, and team support are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to centers.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation of plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
