Job summary

Mathnasium of Daly City is seeking a customer‑oriented administrator to bridge between families, students, and instructors. You will greet families, explain programs, and coordinate staff to ensure a smooth daily operation.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a genuine passion for helping children learn math in a welcoming center environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide children with excellent educational services, elaborating on program details and benefits to current and potential customers.
• Supervise and manage instructor schedules in line with company policies.
• Cultivate positive relationships with customers and proactively resolve instructional issues and client concerns.
• Liaise with parents, students, Center Director and instructors to communicate educational development and school activities.
• Prepare teaching materials in student binders and send progress reports to parents.
• Delegate tasks to lead instructors and instructors to improve center operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide children with excellent educational services, elaborate on program details and benefits to current and potential customers

• Cultivate positive and trusting relationships with current and potential customers, proactively identify instructional issues and resolve client concerns
• Liaise with parents, students, Center Director and instructors, communicate educational development, school activities, news and information, or feedback gathered from parents or through other activities
• Prepare teaching materials in students binders, craft and send progress report to parents periodically
• Delegate appropriate tasks to lead instructors and instructors to achieve efficiency in center operations

• Hours: 20 - 40 hours/week (flexible)

Center Hours :

Monday-Thursday: 2 - 7 pm

Sunday: 12 - 6 pm
