Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance at time of award.
• U.S. citizenship; fluent English.
• Minimum seven years of progressive program management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale contract workforces of 40+ personnel.
• Experience with strategic communication planning, media operations, and content production.
• Ability to navigate U.S. military structure, culture, and terminology; strong leadership, briefing, and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive program strategies aligned with CENTCOM objectives, with defined scope, milestones, and timelines, and establish standard operating procedures.
• Allocate and manage contractor personnel, budgets, and resources; oversee scheduling, tasking, recruitment, and performance improvement.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and develop contingency plans for mission-critical scenarios.
• Serve as the central point of contact with CENTCOM leadership, providing briefings and program performance reports.
• Implement quality control measures and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with data-driven recommendations.
• Support emergent 24/7 surge operations in response to crises or CCPA Director directives.
