Job summary

WellBridge of Rochester Hills is seeking compassionate Nursing Assistants to support guests with activities of daily living, document care, and collaborate with the clinical team to monitor changes in health.

We offer up to $27.40 per hour, with starting wages $20.00–$23.00 plus $3.40 Hero Pay, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay, tuition discounts and reimbursement, RN loan repayment, 401k match, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA Certification from the state of Michigan.
• Experience delivering compassionate patient care and documenting care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care according to individualized care plans, including bathing, grooming, and daily living activities.
• Document nutritional intake, vital signs, and other care activities as required.
• Support therapy services by encouraging continued well-being and reporting changes to the nursing team.

You will earn: up to $27.40 per hour

• Starting wage $20.00 - $23.00 per hour based on years of certification!

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 8 or 12 hour shifts - All shifts include rotating weekends & some holidays
• Days Available - 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Nights Available: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Full Time and Part Time positions available

How you will help people every day:

• You will perform and document patient care using the individualized care plans as a guide. Bathing and all activities of daily living related care, such as skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• You will perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• You will support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
• You will observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to your nursing team
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• You have completed of an approved nurse aide training program, with current Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
