Job summary

Alliance Technical Group in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Technician I to independently manage CEMS builds from assembly through testing. This role serves as a technical resource for production troubleshooting and guides other technicians in quality and process improvements.

The position requires strong mechanical/electrical/instrumentation skills, the ability to read drawings and schematics, and the capacity to train peers while managing multiple priorities in a

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; tech/vocational training or associate degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of manufacturing, assembly, electrical, or instrumentation experience preferred.
• Experience with CEMS, DAS, gas analyzers or industrial instrumentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently assemble, test, and verify standard to moderately complex CEMS systems, trailers, and shelters.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, analyzer, and DAS issues during production.
• Interpret drawings, P&IDs, and schematics; identify build/design issues.
• Configure analyzer and DAS settings for standard configurations; ensure quality.
• Support root-cause analysis and process improvements; document testing results.
• Assist field commissioning and customer training as needed; promote safety and 5S.
