PROENERGY is seeking a CEMS Instrument Technician to lead maintenance and quality assurance of continuous emissions monitoring systems at multiple facilities. You will troubleshoot instrumentation, calibrate analytical equipment, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with O&M teams.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial instrumentation or an associate degree, U.S. work authorization, and a valid driver’s license.

Competenze

2+ years industrial instrumentation experience or an Associates degree/certification related to instrumentation, analyzers, or a technical field.
US work authorization is required; sponsorship not offered.
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
Valid US state driver’s license required.

Mansioni

Establish and maintain priorities for CEMS maintenance across multiple facilities.
Understand and manage interaction between distributed control systems and field instrumentation.
Oversee the plant's emissions monitoring system (CEMS) to ensure efficiency and performance.
Assist in installation of new equipment or system modifications.
Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on process analyzers and equipment.
Troubleshoot and maintain process controls, PLCs, and emission monitoring equipment.
Perform calibrations of analytical equipment and maintain documentation.
Train O&M Technicians on instrumentation changes and system updates.
Travel between 25% and 50% is expected.
