Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services is seeking a meaningful management position in Ohio to oversee the work of Family Environment Specialists who maintain the Diocesan cemetery grounds and facilities across the Diocese of Youngstown Cemeteries.

You will develop and maintain procedures to streamline operational efficiencies and improve safety, act as project manager for capital planning and project execution, and have the chance to express your faith while joining a values-driven organization

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or 5 years working as a groundskeeper or landscaper.
• 2-3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and using power/hand tools.
• 1-2 year supervisory experience.
• Safety-oriented mindset.
• Experience developing procedures.
• Ability to perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Strong Organization
• Excellent Computer Skills

Responsabilités

• Oversee the work of Family Environment Specialists who maintain the Diocesan cemetery grounds and facilities.
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures streamlining operational efficiencies and improving safety across all cemetery location.
• Act as project manager and assist in Capital Planning and project execution.
