Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains the cemetery, mausoleum and funeral home locations; grounds keeping and simple repairs.
• Cuts grass, maintains lawn, trims around trees, walks and markers; lays sod; moves flowers as needed.
• Clears debris and maintains drives and walkways; snow removal when required.
• Assists with openings/closings for interments; arranges chapel for services.
• Operates backhoe under supervision; installs grave markers and crypt faces.
• Maintains, services and stores equipment; performs minor repairs and painting; observes safety rules.
