Legacy Funeral Group is seeking a Cemetery Foreman to lead and coach cemetery staff at Highland Memory Gardens in Apopka, FL. This full-time role oversees land care, compliance with regulations, and safety, while aligning with the company’s mission and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 5+ years of cemetery grounds experience, and strong leadership skills. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Grounds supervision experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years cemetery grounds experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Guides and coaches cemetery staff on grounds maintenance tasks.
• Ensures compliance with client family wishes, company policies and regulations.
• Oversees land care duties: mowing, edging, debris, snow/ice removal as needed.
• Reviews daily schedules with management and implements work plans.
• Trains crew and maintains professional appearance and safety.
• Maintains equipment, supplies and safety gear; ensures OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Manages cemetery maintenance across multiple sites in a market.
• Handles landscape contracts and paperwork submission.
• Oversees site preparation for services.
