Responsibilities

• Guide and coach cemetery staff and supervise maintenance operations.
• Perform land care tasks with the grounds crew (mowing, edging, debris removal, storm cleanup).
• Review daily work schedules with the manager and implement schedules.
• Train and provide feedback to the grounds crew while ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Maintain safety and professional appearance standards among staff.
