Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a working supervisor for a single cemetery property. You will build a capable, reliable team focused on quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating time-off, reviewing invoices, maintaining equipment, and driving process

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least five years cemetery maintenance experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• New construction / developmental experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of environment, wildlife and safety regulations applies.

Responsibilities

• Develop work schedule, set deadlines, and delegate assignments.
• Ensure cemetery services exceed customer expectations.
• Coordinate staff work and time-off schedules.
• Train team on processes, equipment, and safety.
• Operate machinery and perform grounds keeping tasks.
• Review invoices for accuracy and resolve issues.
• Maintain equipment in proper working order.
• Support change initiatives and implement efficiencies.
• Provide performance feedback and development guidance.
