Description

• Perform general groundskeeping and maintenance services to support burial operations, landscaping, and marker installation
• Assist with opening and closing of graves for burials, entombments, and inurnments
• Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, weed trimmers, and blowers
• Perform physical labor including digging graves, placing headstones, and hauling dirt
• Set up and dismantle grave site equipment for services
• Install and assemble grave foundations, memorials, burial markers, and outer burial containers
• Complete work orders related to grave and marker maintenance as requested by client families
• Maintain a clean and orderly 25-foot radius around burial areas before and after services
• Fill, tamp, and reseed or sod grave sites after burials
• Follow all company safety rules and health protocols including Universal Precautions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Complete required Dignity training and uphold the standards of the Dignity Memorial Promise
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
