Job summary

Ranger Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Cement Operator to run the cementing unit controls, manage a small crew, and ensure production targets are met safely at our Milliken, Colorado site.

You will inspect pumps, assist with maintenance, complete field tickets, and coordinate with HSE and other departments to ensure quality service.

The role requires 1-3 years of rig experience, a valid CDL or ability to obtain one, strong communication, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience on a well servicing rig.
• Valid driver's license; CDL or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of Ranger equipment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate cementing unit controls and equipment.
• Inspect cement pumps and perform testing as required.
• Complete field tickets promptly and route to the correct department.
• Maintenance checks and equipment functionality verification.
