Job summary

American Cementing LLC is seeking a Field Operator to safely operate and maintain cementing equipment at the wellsite in Odessa, Texas. The role includes driving, rig-in/rig-out, chemical mixing, and ensuring safety/compliance with procedures.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, and 1+ years of cementing/oilfield experience. Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• 1+ years cementing or oilfield services experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and on-call.
• Familiarity with MSDS, TDG, PPE and basic mechanical repairs.
• Able to pass DOT physical, drug screen, background check and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cementing service equipment at the wellsite.
• Drive heavy trucks with Class A CDL and perform rig-in/rig-out.
• Mix chemicals and support pumping operations as directed.
• Monitor gauges, log data, and document pump logs and maintenance.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and minor repairs as needed.
• Mentor junior crew members and uphold safety protocols.
