Job summary

American Cementing LLC is seeking a Field Operator I-V to operate and maintain cementing equipment at the wellsite. The role includes driving heavy trucks, rig-in/out procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

The position requires a CDL, the ability to work nights/weekends, and teamwork in a hands-on oilfield setting, with 20% driving, 50% operating, and 30% maintenance work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL required; Tanker and/or Hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Familiarity with MSDS, TDG and PPE; able to pass DOT physical and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cementing service equipment at the yard and wellsite.
• Drive heavy trucks with a valid Class A CDL; tanker/Hazmat endorsements preferred.
• Perform rig-in/rig-out procedures and monitor equipment during operations.
• Mix chemicals and support pumping operations as directed.
• Monitor gauges and control panels to ensure accurate pressure and flow.
• Complete and maintain pump logs, chemical tallies, maintenance checklists.
• Conduct pre/post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment.
• Mentor and support less experienced crew members.
• Uphold safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
• Lifts and moves equipment to/from trucks and well site.
• Perform other duties to support operations.
