Qualifications

• High school preferred.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate a loader, excavator, haul truck, grader, bulldozer, skid steer, and water truck.
• Loads tractor trailers, and dump trucks.
• Keep facility clean and organized.
• Builds and strips forms; mixes and pours concrete and castables.
• Perform or assist with minor maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in clean‑up before and after maintenance work.
• Communicate with and cooperate with truckers and customers.
• Record downtime and actions taken.
• Fuel, inspect, and clean equipment.
• Adhere to all CEMEX and OSHA/MSHA rules and wear safety gear.
• Meet or exceed safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
