Job summary

• This role requires hands-on cement production experience with a solid understanding of plant operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and develop employee performance.
• Strong knowledge of safety policies and industrial manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily cement plant operation to ensure safe, efficient, and productive clinker and cement output.
• Coordinate activities across kiln, raw mill, finish mill, and related areas to meet throughput and quality goals.
• Promote a strong safety culture through coaching, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with maintenance and operations teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Analyze production metrics and implement CI opportunities to enhance plant performance.
