Job summary

Heidelberg Materials seeks a Cement Plant Administrator to support daily operations at our cement facility. The role coordinates payroll, scheduling, and administrative tasks, serving as a primary resource for plant leadership and HR.

You will work with UKG, Kronos, SAP, Basware, and MS Office, delivering accurate reports and documentation while maintaining confidential records in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll and scheduling in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to learn new ERP and financial systems quickly.
• Familiarity with Union and Labor Contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly payroll and scheduling in UKG.
• Maintain overtime equalization and union protocol.
• Complete daily production reporting and SAP reporting.
• Assist with AP inquiries and invoice resolution.
• Provide admin support to plant leadership, HR, and departments.
• Use UKG/Kronos, SAP, Basware, and MS Office to manage priorities.
