Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Establish and communicate job responsibilities, goals, and performance standards.
• Review maintenance plans and supervise mechanical repairs.

Skills

Ability to read and understand labels and instructions

Ability to analyze facts and exercise judgment

Ability to lead and manage people

Knowledge of MSHA safety regulations

Understanding of maintenance techniques

Education

Minimum 4 year Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, electrical, or related field
