Capitol Aggregates, a division of Zachry, is seeking a Cement Plant Maintenance Intern. This entry-level role rotates through maintenance functions under the supervision of the maintenance manager.

You will perform equipment inspections, lubrication routes, oil sampling, and assist with CAD drawings and documentation. You will support planning, parts stocking, and field visits to ensure smooth task execution while maintaining a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering degree program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (or other CAD-based software).

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment inspections and reliability tasks under supervision.
• Assist with organization of technical documentation and CAD drawings.
• Support planning, parts stocking, and job site visits before scheduling tasks.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with safety policies.
